Rob and his crew are the best, my mother-in-law’s house had major water damage they repaired. Rob is very thorough, professional and got the job done quickly. The family was more than pleased with his work and my mother-in-law absolutely loves Rob. We will hire Rob for all future repairs and remodels.

It may seem strange to leave a review for someone I didn’t end up using. I had an emergency door repair job and needed someone same-day. RC Sausedo was booked up, but said that if I wasn’t able to line someone else up, to contact him and he’d do his best to make time, as it was a security issue. I really appreciated that, although fortunately I was able to find someone else who had an opening in their schedule without having to bump someone else’s job.

I first noticed Rob’s work when he began construction on an addition to a home in the neighborhood. I kept an eye on his work and was very impressed with the final product. Upon completion, I talked with the homeowner who was very pleased with Rob’s work and highly recommended him. I made an appointment with Rob to talk about some work I wanted done on my home. This work included a 12 foot x 21 foot addition, painting the entire house, reinsulating the entire house, having some electrical work done, replacing the air conditioning and heating ducts, and having a window added to the house. Rob obtained the permit from the city and began the work on the agreed upon date. He kept things moving very quickly from there. He was on the job site just about every day and closely monitored his crews. There were days when he scheduled 2 or 3 different crews on the job doing different tasks to make more efficient use of time. I enjoyed working with Rob and was really pleased with the final product. Rob was very responsive and easy to work with and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for someone for any of your construction projects.
 

Rob and his crew are the best of the best. We added two bedrooms and one bath to our home (just under 500 square feet), and we couldn’t be happier that we chose Rob to do the job. Communication was excellent throughout the project. He finished the project before his estimated time, he took care of EVERYTHING we asked, and really went above and beyond on many things. He uses the best material and makes you feeling great about your project. They explained everything they were doing, and did everything they could to limit the noise and dust. Not a day went by when we felt like we were unsure of what was happening, and we always knew we could count on them to be there on time. Not once did we ask ourselves “I wonder if they are showing up today?”, which is the case with a lot of contractors. They were always on time, friendly, courteous, and we really got to know and like Rob and his team.
After our project was complete, we hired him again for a wall removal project (a wall was dividing our living room & family room) and a project to move a sliding glass door to another wall, and add a window. Once again, nothing but the best. His crew took extra time to make sure everything was 100% safe and supported before they removed the wall, and when they finished, you could never even tell the room was once split in two.
Our house has completely changed, and we have him to thank for the fantastic job.
We would recommend Rob for any job, and will hire him again in the future. If you choose to hire Rob, we guaranty you will not be disappointed and he will do the job better than anybody.

I found Rob on Yelp and gave him a call about a project in Walnut Creek. He promptly called me back and we set up a meeting. Rob was on time and eager to see what kind of job I had in mind. I quickly realized that Rob Sausedo is an experienced professional who prides himself in doing an impeccable job. He is also a cool, knowledgable and reasonable guy–something that I personally find very important. I will be talking and meeting with this person repeatedly over the duration of the project so you want to feel confident you will get along and work together well. No problems here.
When doing a remodel, there is no way a homeowner is going to know every little thing that can come up in a project. Going into this project I had some big picture goals: new kitchen, new bathroom, new paint and new flooring–admittedly there are a lot of variables there. Thankfully Rob was full of ideas and after asking me some very basic questions was able to quickly come up with a game plan. He understood that this project had a tight budget and needed to be done quickly. I was provided photos of cabinets, a kitchen deign schematic, samples of countertops, different bathroom vanities within 48 hours. I was impressed. I knew right away that Rob was going to get this job done fast and within the budget. HE DELIVERED.
Working with Rob was a breeze. I highly recommend him to anyone in the bay area who wants quality work done by a seasoned professional who truly cares about the quality of his work and is easy to deal with. Five stars.
